Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from The World of Festivals. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns policy.

Return Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must have all original tags and be in its original packaging.

Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above conditions.

Return Process

1. To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at connect@theworldoffestivals.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.

2. Our team will guide you through the return process.

3. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your returned merchandise is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
